Hi, I'm planning on letting my house out and wondered if anyone could offer some advice on which agency to use. I'm going to be out of the country so require a fully managed service to minimise my involvement. I'm tempted to go with one of the smaller outfits to save some money but am a little concerned they may not be able to offer the same level of service as say Winkworth. Any recommendations or advice gratefully recieved. Cheers, Nev.
