I got his number from the forum and he was polite, attentive & prompt & coordinated with the tenants and even went to the extent of phoning the manufactures of my shower for me. He fixed the issue and was very clear, reliable and flexible. Will def use him again.

Hello, I have a ground floor apartment in a victorian conversion and there seems to be water on the walls- closer to floor level. I wipe it off but it seems to appear again. I think it is a 'Rising Damp' and will need re-plastering. however it could also be condensation- I'm not entirely sure. Thank you Sam
