Afternoon all, Can anyone recommend a someone to do some ground work for me please? I would like someone who has done work for you which you adore. I would like the concrete replaced in my back garden. It isn't a huge area, but I have no side access. So all waste and work etc will need to be carried through the house. The area will need dug up/dropped and replaced. I would also like some new fencing put up at the back if the garden. Again not a huge area. No time wasters or self referrals please. Immaculate condition Mothercare TeddyBear Cot Bed for only ?45. My son is having a bedroom makeover so all extra items are being sold to make way for his new furniture. Completely unused as a cot, been used a handful of occasions as a bed for sleep overs. We have a mattress which you may or may not want, that too is unmarked having only ever been used with a cover sheet. Is a solid build and frame with full assembly instructions. Item will be dismantled for delivery or collection. However if you want it delivered I'm not sure I can get the cot bed and mattress all in my car at once. I can delivery to Se22/Se15. Collection from Se15 Nunhead.

A huge recommendation comes from me. I found Elliot on here from recommendations which others had posted. We exchanged messages, he came round and then advised me on a selection of places where to source my flooring from. All had sales on so I got to save some money. His work is outstanding and my new flooring, beading, thresholds and doors look amazing. A really pleasant person, meticulous in his work and very tidy. All finished to a superbly high standard. I will second all of the above comments. I found him through a recommendation and he was brilliant. Previously I'd called a couple of other numbers on here and was let down. Niko however came round, looked at the work and completed all I asked him to do, even starting immediately on a couple of the jobs so I didn't have to wait any longer. Really friendly, honest and more than reliable. I've given his number out a few times since he worked for me and thought I'd share on here too. Great plumber, value for money and tidy work. A huge thank you to Steve. His service is indeed first rate. I called him, we arranged a time. He then rang to say he could come earlier if that was convenient. He arrived and FIXED my machine. Anyone needing their washing machine fixed I would certainly recommend Steve and will continue to do so.
