Bike shed in front garden? (Do I need planning permission...)

got a 3 sided shed thing in the front garden for bikes and bins - its all hidden behind a very tall hedge -
The common is open to walk across and makes an obvious short cut and theres a bend in the railings at a certain point

Brian's work is superb - I would totally recommend him - he sets himself a very high standard and takes pride in achieving it. The photos don't do his work justice - he is totally professional producing very high quality work.

I mean using that idea as an alternative to the selling of council housing definitely not instead of having council homes.

well what I was thinking is that it would work like an exit fee but you'd get the percentage off the value of the property you were in, not going to. so the council would get 1 empty property back at a cost of maybe half what it would be to build new.

why hasnt anyone suggested extending help to buy scheme so that those council and housing association renters who wish to own their own property would be given the present/proposed discount off a property in the private sector. This would create a constant stream of vacant council/ association properties.
