  1. In my experience loft space belongs to the freeholder of the property, now as you would be having a shared freehold the loft space would not automatically belong to the upstairs flat although that sounds counterintuitive.
  2. What you described does not constitute loading. Maybe it should but it doesn’t.
  3. Stop knocking people who wear lycra. Today it was a sweet lady with grey hair and a lovely red wool coat speeding around a corner on the pavement only my speedy reaction saved me from injury.
  4. HMOs are just glorified bedsits. But I doubt if the local housing allowance would stretch to paying what the developers are going to ask.
  5. Student accommodation makes far more profit for the developers. Southwark has a major housing problem 10,000 or more on waiting lists. They should be concentrating on giving permission to builds that will help lower this.
  6. We see how the traffic calming off RyeLane has the same attention to detail and quality materials. Maybe we are fussing over nothing.
  7. It’s so strange that statistics gathered in that Dulwich village area are at odds with what you’re saying. Is it that old fear of crime thing?
  8. I agree totally so in the above case I specifically looked at vehicle crime because people do tend to report that because of insurance etc
  9. Looking at vehicle crime on the metropolitan police crime map there doesn’t seem to be any change I reported crimes over the last three years.
  10. Crime has generally been reducing in London irrespective of LTNs. the metropolitan police crime map lets you look at data from particular postcodes and particular crimes.
  11. Thank you, amazing it’s holly but with acorns. Thanks again for responding.
  12. I’ve just noticed the new traffic counter on Underhill Road. Wonder if there’s any more new ones elsewhere.
  13. Sorry, but not like that at all.
  14. The story of that junction will be taught in universities. The rise and fall of councils and inequalities.
  15. I feel I should know this, but why is there an acorn on a tree that is clearly not an oak tree?
  16. Southwark has awarded them five stars. that’s the highest possible hygiene rating in August this year.
  17. The old café has closed. the new café is open.
  18. What a surprise that wealthy and healthy professionals live in the wealthy area of Dulwich village.
  19. If you’re talking mess on that corner, I think the dumping of stuff by the old electricity substation Is far worse, especially as it got a 10k greener fund awhile back
  20. Well, Work has clearly restarted after a very long lull.
  21. Different people have different ways of dealing with difficulties. Your way clearly suits you. However the very recent Casey report highlights major difficulties of the Metropolitan police. The 'processes in place' are not working.
  22. There are 12 inner London boroughs. I hope your personal situation gets resolved.
  23. Lots of people have worked in different places. I don’t think it’s interesting to announce that.
