    Go and look at kitchens on right move in houses over say 1.5. Most of them will have a side return extensions many will have used architects nevertheless they all look more or less the same.

    Pedestrian crossing always good. pavement widening unnecessary expense unless Dulwich Hamlet is paying for it

    The terrapins have been there for years - I saw another in the pond recently. Did it walk over?

    It was never busy I think the footfall promise failed, I do remember a cheese street market business moved there but then moved back to the street markets. The overhead was higher and the profit was lower.
