El Paso is a classic British interpretation of Mexican food, and as an American Ex-Pat, I find it a complete disaster. For good Mexican, despite the schlep into town, I would try Wahaca in Covent Garden (www.wahaca.co.uk). Food is fresh and really good although the services is pretty average. The Margaritas are also v. v. yummy....

I am thinking of having my parents stay there when they come to visit - has anyone heard anything about it or know anyone who has stayed there?

My parents stayed at the Shepherd's B&B last summer and found it completely horrible. The owners were really unfriendly. I've heard through the grapevine that its since closed and they've moved to India or something.

Does anyone know what happened here? I looks as if some students have tied uniform ties to the fence - how sad to have two fatal accidents in a month!
