Just to make Parents aware, my son has been subjected to attempted mugging outside the junction of The Gardens. Forest Hill road near Harris Boys School. 3 black Boys 1 black girl pinned my son down to the ground trying to steal his phone. Lucky enough a gentleman in a white van pulled over scared them off and helped him out. My son has mentioned a white and black uniform which they was all in they was about 15 to 16 age.

Heads up zipvan PCN for travel through rotherhithe tunnel
micky replied to Tibbytubs's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
It’s been common knowledge for 2 years vans aren’t allowed through the tunnel. Plus there is a sign there about weight and height. -
I can come and over in the week early next week have a look round?

Look at Mitsubishi electric wall mount units, best bet with high ceilings. You don’t want too much of an industrial look in your home. If you need a quote let me know I’m an air conditioning engineer locally.

Motorbike crash on Sydenham Hill on 14th Feb at midday
micky replied to 1st Timer's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
That hill is a night mare with speeding bikes and cars and people parking on either side of the hill so it makes it one way traffic. With cars parked either side it makes it so hard for residents exiting the estates on the main road. -
These coaches take the piss

Sydenham Hill needs double yellow or red route that Hill is an absolute nightmare cars park on either side and the amounts of times there are accidents on it not to mention every few weeks Thames water digging it up.

Dulwich Park - (dog) walkers and cyclists

There should be a cycle lane. The amount of a times i see a child nearly knocked over is increasing. Plus running events in the park is a hazard at times. -
Dulwich Park - (dog) walkers and cyclists
micky replied to rendelharris's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
its hard for a dog walker to walk in dulwich park at weekends with organised running events and cycling events. Every weekend. -
Can any1 recommend football training for my 9 yr old crystal palace fanatic. Dulwich area please.

Isn't Sydenham hill getting ridicules with people parking both sides of the road going up or down the hill which ever way your travelling . Traffic jams stuck on the hills due to one side filtering the traffic. Weekends and when the children are off schools. Has this matter been highlighted anywhere yet? Do you agree? Shouldn't it be double yellow going up and down the hill so there is a freedom of traffic movement.

Every weekend gallery road is congested with larger cars. Ranger rovers. Volvos. Bmw X5. On both sides just by bel air double yellow lines need to put in place on one side so traffic can have a steady flow.
-
How silly is gallery road getting to just drive down the road??? Cars mostly 4x4 gas guzzlers parking on either side of the road. Double yellow lines need to be placed on one side at least.
