Hello, Does anyone know of a room to rent that could work as a talking therapy room? Preferably something that I could hire for two full days a week at not an extortionate rate. Thanks

Hi, for anyone who hasn?t joined the WhatsApp group, there will be a meet-up at The Actress on Fri 17th May from 7.30pm. There is a table booked under the name of Stacey. Look forward to seeing some of you there! -
Trying for an home birth and debating whether to buy/hire a birthing pool or not. Ive heard many stories of there not really being enough time in established labour to make use of the pool (I?m a second time mum) so I don?t really want to fork out ?100+ on something I may not even use. On the other hand I?ve heard it can be really relaxing? Has anyone got any pearls of wisdom to share? Thanks!

Great, thanks! Expecting number two in June if any other mums fancy pram walks and coffee hunts 🙃 Stacey -
Looking for a reliable and trustworthy cleaner every fortnight. Anyone know of a good cleaner looking for more hours in East Dulwich area? Thanks

Had my baby at Kings last April. Exceptional midwife during delivery, however the doctor was quite pushy to intervene and induce me which I just knew wasn?t right. I stood my ground and my midwife had my back the whole time (even delaying the doctor to come down and use forceps at the pushing stage because she knew I just needed a little more time). I ended up having a very calm, natural birth that encourage a quick recovery. Overall I think the care is great but due to the nature of the types of complicated deliveries they get, there is a little too much emphasise on medical intervention at times when it?s not always necessary. If you can remain strong and confident in your choices, you will have great care. Post natal Ward isn?t the best - very hot, no chance of sleeping. But the on call lactation consultants are very helpful and will come to your aid at any time.

My daughter is loving it here. Things must have changed as you don?t have to provide meals now. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. Yes it?s a bit ?rustic? but I?d rather my daughter get the attention she is getting here than be overlooked in a bigger fancier nursery. I think it?s all personal preference. Take a tour and go with your gut.

I?ve been offered a space for my 9 month old and wondered if any parents who are currently attending have any feedback on the place? Thanks

Hi all, How do we feel about meeting up for a drink to meet and get to know each other? I can recommend The Actress pub, really chilled atmosphere and nice wine. How about Thurs 20th at say 7.30ish?

Sounds great! I'm in. Have lived here for 3 years and would love to meet some local ladies. I work in the arts and am 33 years old but always up for a drink and a laugh! Let me know any plans
