Just to add another recommendation for Andy. I had two walls wallpapered and several light fixtures changed by Andy. It was all done quickly to a very high level with a minimum of fuss. He did a great job, was on time and made the whole process simple.

Another recommendation for Andy. He removed my old shower enclosure and tiling and installed, re-tiled and repainted my bathroom. They were professional, trustworthy, very reasonable and informative. We would definitely use them again.

I recently bought and also found a lack of good property on the market. It seems most people are sitting tight on what they have. I had to move quickly when I found the one I wanted as there is a bit of competition out there. I ended up getting the property for 10% under asking price.

Polly - I also live there. If you have an allocated parking space, ie one of the numbered ones, the current tenant should have it, so the letting agent will have to get it from them for you. There are also general building parking spaces, which the letting agent will have to source for you. You should be OK to park in for a few days without a pass. I saw the parking guys there the other day, and they usually dont turn up that often, unless someone complains.
