Hi all, Just wanted to post a recommendation here for an incredible yoga teacher based in East Dulwich. Iwona gives ashtanga/dynamic yoga classes from her home on Overhill Road, and I have been visiting her weekly for 2 years now. She is incredibly dedicated to her students, and offers a calm and supportive environment for those new to yoga and looking to explore the ashtanga/dynamic style, or to those already with a sound knowledge, looking to deepen their practice with adjustment. I have been so inspired by her classes, and can honestly say they have rebuilt my confidence and trust in myself and my outlook on life - I cannot thank Iwona enough for what she has given me as a teacher of yoga, meditation and peaceful approach to myself. From her classes, I have gained a passion for a practice that will serve me strength and mindfulness for the rest of my life, and I would recommend anyone looking for the same benefits to visit her for a session.
