I would like to add a further recommendation for Niko. He did a great job fixing some plumbing issues with our toilet and bath. He also noted a couple of outstanding DIY jobs in the bathroom which we hadn't got around to doing and asked if I would like him to do them. He also went out about bought the parts we needed to fix the toilet. This was all done very swiftly and efficiently. He was also very friendly and explained things clearly to me and called my husband later to talk through the work he had done. Thank you!

Thanks Sonners, it's good to know parking isn't too much of an issue. It does seem to be a very peaceful road. Thanks for the tip re. Herne Hill. I didn't realise that it was that close. If we move to the area, I must check out the Mag and Jacks judging by all the comments so far!

Hi everyone, I'm thinking about moving to the lovely East Dulwich this year, and was wondering if anyone lives on/knows Pellatt Road and what it's like? Any particularly good/bad points about this part of E Dulwich? Thank you!
