Personally I wouldn't leave them for that long. Too many issues like possibly mastitis or nursing strike and then risk the end of nursing journey. Perhaps like you say there are other ways for her to feel involved. Good luck with what you decide. Sometime dealing with trying to please all family members is tough right?!

Hi, just wondering what the going rate for trusted babysitters for babysitting in the area is. Im wondering about daytime when the might need to care for and entertain the little one and evening when they are hopefully asleep, guessing daytime is a little bit more than evening? I've had a few offers from people and I'm just trying to gauge what sounds like the right rate to pay. Many thanks!
