  1. Great news! I felt so guilty about not being able to catch her. So pleased she is home.
  2. I was walking my dogs in Nunhead Cemetery this morning and at about 11.40am I saw a small brown dog bolt from the right hand side of the cemetery, through the main gate and run off to the right, down Linden Grove (towards the small roundabout). I tried to call for it, but by the time I had got both my dogs on their leads, I couldn't see any sign of it. I came back into the cemetery but couldn't find anyone who had lost a dog so thought a post on here might be useful. Hopefully the dog knew exactly where he or she was going and is already reunited. Sorry I can't give more detail - he was quite far away and going quite quickly.
  3. How about upstairs at the Old Nuns Head? Or the Telegraph at the Earl of Derby (which is technically New Cross I think, but its right at the end of Evelina Rd).
  4. Are they bluebottles? I hate to break this to you, but bluebottles tend to be around dead animals...I've had an infestation (of both rats and then flies) and it's pretty foul. Poor you. You can fly spray the flies (they are so slow that they are easy to catch) but if I was you I'd try and find out where they are coming from and remove the food source (which I really hope for your sake is the rotting banana suggested above..!)
