We are super excited to announce CAP Kick Start, a new programme created by Christians Against Poverty with the idea of churches reaching out into their community, offering practical and emotional help. Via zoom we will take participants through a series of different sessions to help support them through these current challenging times. Our first session will focus on worry and anxiety and the impact these emotions can have on our everyday lives. This session will start on Thursday 4th March, 11am via zoom and will last for four weeks, during these sessions, you?ll talk about what?s causing you anxiety, and look at different types of worry, including those which genuinely alert us to the possibility of danger, and those which we have no control over. To sign up or for more information please email Kelly: [email protected]

Malta holiday with kids - any recommendations
bumble79bee replied to mill's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Sorry have written a new thread about Malta by accident check it out by Bumblebee -
Hi, I have been to Malta 2 years in a row and have stayed at the Seabank resort and spa in Mellehia bay. The hotel is opposite the beach and a 20 minute walk away from the fantastic Popeye village (a full village but think along the line of the borrowers ) Also the bus service runs directly past the hotel and take to the Malta Aquarium (about 40 minutes away). I first went when my daughter was 2 years old. The kids club in the hotel was great with a nice kids pool and evening entertainment for the kids. Also have a sports bar with cheap bowling and a soft play in 1 of the restaurants that can be used even when the restaurant is closed. Takes about an hour from the airport to the hotel. The hotel also offer fab day and night trips. The only thing is the family rooms are a bit awkward to get to. Go for room 6315 which is a junior suite with a pool view!! Have fun!
