We?ll be exploring yoga to release us from winter and shoot us into spring. To help us recognise, accept and then move on from negative feelings and bad habits. And make sure that you feel more comfortable in your body and breath. Join me for a mini-retreat in London this March. Come for one afternoon, or both and get un-stuck! Dru Yoga is a beautiful slow and flowing form of yoga that will help you to relax, unwind and stretch out your body. It can help revive tired muscles, reduce back pain and combat stress. Dru Yoga gives the mind and body much needed rest and relaxation, to help you find a still point in your busy world. What to expect These workshops will bring together physical movements and asana (yoga postures) with more subtle yoga techniques like mudras (hand gestures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. Physical movements and yoga help us to become aware of ourselves, to let go of stress and anxiety, to become more mindful. And to allow the body to relax more deeply. Intertwined with the asana we will try out mudras and pranayama which can help bring moments of peace and calm when you need them most ? in the middle of your day and in challenging situations. We?ll then take an extended relaxation, helped by the movement and stretching we?ve just done, and supported by bolsters and blankets so you can be as comfortable as possible. Who is this workshop suitable for? This workshop is suitable for all, whether you are totally new to yoga, have been practicing for years, or anything in between. Think all the benefits of a yoga retreat but with the investment of just two hours on a Saturday and Sunday afternoon, and without even having to leave London! How can you resist!? 11. People go through our bins all the time up near the top of P Rye park. I just ask them to leave it all tidy and close the bins after. And I make sure I don't throw away anything with my name and address on it. They're looking for stuff that can be re-used or sold I guess (I've seen them take household items, shoes as well as electricals - which shouldn't be in the bin anyway)and I think that if they are prepared to/need to do that, then it's not doing me any harm. And some stuff that gets thrown away has lots of life in it - it's hands-on recycling!

Hi Just wanted to drop a note to say I've been really delighted with the work and customer service from Bicycle Nation - the guys that do the bike drop-in at North Cross Road market and will also come to your house to fix/service your bike for no extra charge. I found it really hard to find a good service I could afford so wanted to pass that on to anyone that might be looking. Lucy
  15. Hey Johanna Try the Forest Hill Road Supermarket, on Forest Hill Road next to where the 63 bus starts. It has a really good value grocery out front and they even do two bottles of (perfectly drinkable) wine for a fiver!
