...do you mean the money-saving expert website? I found it quite helpful when looking around for a new mobile contract - you can sign up for a service called Billmonitor and it will email you the best contract for you based on your usage on a monthly basis (until you tell it to stop). oh and it also had a useful section on savings which explained why the return on premium bonds wasn't, in fact, any good. -
I believe you Prunella. Loved the descriptive way you wrote that post, I have a startling image of this dishevelled, scruffy, mean & athletic, yellow-toothed beast lurking in the bushes now. Must have been a bit of a shock!

my guess is zero and this is just boring ATTENTION-seeking, petty shit-stirring. received abusive PMs? legitimately report them then. no need to pathetically bleat about them in public unless you're a twat.

and those irritating people who use: "nom nom nom" "X sleeps till....blah" "....because this is how I roll" "first world problems/middle class problems" usually after a bleating rant about something unimportant.

Im intrigued as to why the end two particularly impress you, why not the first two?

aquarius moon - you haven't been abusive or aggressive. Nor do you have to justify to people whether you drink milk or not. Most decent people who try to do their very best for animals/animal welfare, whether that is by being vegetarian or an ethical meat-eater are not going to get it right all of the time, but the point is, they do try. You're not fighting a losing battle, there are others who do listen and even if they don't necessarily agree all the time, they hear you. Keep posting xx

[crap - wrong thread.] Marmora Man & Loz - normally worth listening to but on THIS thread, nah. Can't believe you BOTH assumed park drive was vegetarian. I'm not vegetarian and FWIW I thoroughly agree with Park drive and Alan medic and a few others.

Happy Yule everyone.

I thought that Alan was just saying that the human race has gone to pot when we don't think this (the method producing foie gras)is wrong.
