2 videos of 2 (potential) theft attempts on my motorcycle over the last few days. Reported to the police.

At 11.10pm, a stranger, saying he had a delivery for my house number, knocked at our door. he was driving a Mercedes commercial van, Sprinter type, very large. Looked like a Polish reg LRV422 The address of the boxes were for a different 53m in Thamesmead ! All a bit strange.

As a motorcyclist myself, I am constantly worried about having my bike nicked (several attempts made) and given the increase of bikejackings whilst riding, I now always check my side mirrors when at a red light. Riding a motorbike has its own dangers to now not also have to worry about being attacked (with acid or a knife) and your possession taken from you. So far the mayor has done very little to address the bike related crime wave over the past few years.

Why is this being moved to the Lounge?

Not quite sure I would see the correlation. Surely, one would increase stop&search to prevent crimes from happening, no? It's about the motorcycle theft and motorcycle theft related crimes such as robberies, phone snatching, etc. Something needs to be done there and the authorities made aware.
