Would like to add to this thread with a recommendation for Niko. He called me back very quickly after I contacted him yesterday and came out within a couple of hours to fix a leak under the kitchen sink and faulty radiator. I asked him for his opinion on a dodgy sink plug mechanism while he was there and he fixed that too! Great service and very reasonable price for so many jobs too. He can be contacted on 07818 607583.
