Hi All I do from time to time have a look on forums and search my shop to see if I have been mentioned on any threads which I'm sure most local independant shops do. I'd like to thank all that have mentioned me and for the kind words on this thread aswell as others. I'd also like to wish Lilyrose the very best of luck with her new venture as a fellow Localish independent trader. Lilyrose I have cats so will have to try and get down to you when I get time, I'm only in Forest Hill but only have 1 day off which is normally manic doing community stuff. On that note I am working with surrounding areas to try and do more for the community in SE London as a whole so let me know if you are interested in getting involved. I've met Dan and he is lovely. I'm also working with the music guys in Dulwich which is mainly So Solid, these guys are doing so much for charity. This is a good old mix match to bring everyone together from all walks of life as I have now got an email to ask to work with kids with disabilities and disadvantaged kids through philosophy which I have said YES too and think it a brilliant idea. Sorry to hear that Sue, you clearly know a lot more about Ice Cream than Time Out! Prices - Is ?1.80 & ?1.20 for additional scoops more than any that you have mentioned previously? I'll leave this thread now just when I was about to mention I have tiramasu and sometimes coffee and cappuccino. In the same manner as yourself xxxxxxxx Hope you have a good evening :)

Heard today Weatherspoons will be closing in a few weeks, and possibly Picture House opening in Forest Hill. Great news if thats the case.

Hi Just came across this post so thought I'd add that I sometimes have salted caramel from Marine Ices. It's one of my flavours on rotation but after reading this I'll get it in for the weekend! If you love Ice Cream you can check out the Time Out Eating and Drinking Guide 2014. 17 Ice Cream Parlours in London are featured, 2 in SE London including me, Oddono's is also featured in another area. Hope this info is of interest to some of you ice cream lovers!

I have heard that 2 new shops are opening on Dartmouth Road, Forest Hill SE23. One I do know that is opening this Saturday 5th is Best of Both Ladies Boutique and another in a couple of weeks apparently selling ladies clothes and accessories. Anyone else have more info.
