There is a zebra crossing outside the proposed store so in all likelihood these deliveries would take place outside my home.There is a bar two doors away that shuts at 2am and now the possibility of deliveries starting at 6am, how can this even be up for consideration. And i know for a fact how disturbing the these deliveries can be as there is one that takes place outside my home most nights at around 11.30pm. I dont know what the answer to this problem is but simply making it someone elses problem is not it.

The photo you posted shows the section of Camberwell New Cemetery where my son is buried. Perhaps you could show a little more consideration for the families of the deceased. My son's grave is not forgotten or ignored. -
Take the top (black) section off and turn it around, that should solve the cable problem.
