This is a good idea and a great design - I've seen it on 'London Live' news a couple of times and it's mentioned in the Press. The cycle route my husband occasionally takes from East Dulwich to Canary Wharf is really long.A bridge in this location would be bery good for SE London.

A friend had this cutting on their noticeboard as they liked the image, but can't remember who it is. It was taken from a newspaper fairly recently. Can anyone identify her?

I agree, Minitoots- uncleglen may be surprised to find out that some people with children actually make time to enhance both their own (and their kids' lives) by doing creative things that do not always involve the children. I hope your friend finds some more enlightened people than this!!!
