Help. Neighbours pipes are banging/tapping intermittently all night. What is causing this? I can't sleep 😢 It's been happening for about 2 weeks now.

We live in a ground floor flat with no side access to the garden. My husband currently leaves his bike in our hallway but we are having a baby in march and so will need this space for the pram! We are trying to come up with a cunning way of storing it in our front garden....does anybody have any ideas? Or suggestions? We've looked at sheds but wondering if there's any other way? Our front porch/patio is currently shingle and is looking a bit tatty. We are looking for recommendations if anyone has had anything similar done? We would like the area paved.....looking to get some ideas of designs and quotes. Many thanks Jemma.
