  1. Yet another recommendation for Paul Knight, who has lived up to all the glowing plaudits here on the forum. Efficient, reasonably priced, and a delight to deal with!
  2. If they an fit you in, try NoFlies. If our very recent experience is anything to go by, you?d have a hefty job finding anything better. They?re local, so know the area like the back of their hands, are straight as a die, and they gave us really caring, personal attention.
  3. Try Lee Collier ([email protected]) on 07977 516066. He?s very good, so might well be booked up, but he?d certainly be my first port of call!!!
  4. Another vote for NoFlies. They are models of what an estate agency should be.
  5. Try Lee Collier ([email protected]). He?s the most helpful and obliging chap, though I don?t know about the dismantling/reassembling bit. Give him a ring on 07977 516066.
  6. Yes, it still stands. PM me and I?ll let you know exactly where we arr
  7. You could park in our NX Rd front garden on Saturday if you like.
  8. If you?re not already a member, I suggest you join Which? You will get all the (unbiased) information you need, and can then buy online.
  9. Cade Street Nursery have an excellent stall at the North Cross Road market on Saturdays. Their website (google Cade street) is worth a visit, too.
  10. When I posted my comment about NoFlies on June 10th I was going by what I?d heard about them, and decided to use them to sell our house. Now that we?re within sniffing distance of exchanging contracts (yes - it really has been that quick!) I feel even more confident about recommending them.
  11. It could be because they sell stuff so quickly - that was the case with our house.
  12. Yes, they?re still as good. Efficient, caring, and straight as a die.
