Does anyone know about the large blue van that has been parked on Goodrich road for the last few weeks? It looks as though someone might live in it as it has curtains and a chimney. It's all a bit mysterious really.

I hope my neighbour isn't a shag dodger, this would complicate things. I don't think groping or asking for a shag is going to work with this one, but thanks. Thanks Ms B, some invaluable advice indeed. Also, I'm glad A.Curtain noticed the creepy remark - that was intentional and I had to try really hard to sound even a little bit creepy, thus proving conclusively that I am no creep.

So there is definitely nothing creepy about this situation as I'm under the 30 year threshold. The other good news is she was spotted at the weekend so things are looking up at the moment. I'm thinking this week might be the week something will happen, maybe.

I'd be delighted if this land is used for a bungalow. At the moment it's used as a builders storage yard with a skip full of rubbish and an old toilet proudly on display.
