Yoga and Creative Journaling In the Tender Terrain of New Motherhood New Mama Nurture Workshop Tuesday 11th November, 2-4pm at Oru Dulwich New motherhood can feel like landing on another planet. There’s so much to adjust to - physically, emotionally, and psychologically - as you recover from birth and find your footing in this tender new landscape of life with your baby: the journey from “me” to “we.” Join Tiffy (yoga teacher and postnatal doula) and special guest Ellie Blatchley (art therapist specialising in perinatal support) for a nurturing session lovingly created for new mamas stepping into their first weeks and months of motherhood. Tiffy will guide a gentle yoga and mindfulness practice to help you reconnect with your changing body, support recovery, and safely rebuild strength. Ellie will lead a creative journaling practice - a space to pause, reflect, and connect with yourself in this tender season of early motherhood. Through a guided process, you’ll be invited to explore your experiences and make space for your story, your emotions, and your unfolding journey as a mother. The combination of mindful movement and creative expression offers a beautiful opportunity to pause and explore what it means to find your footing in this transformative season. There’s no need to be “artistic” - it’s all about curiosity, not perfection. After the workshop, stay for a soft ending: time to chat, connect with other mamas, meet their babies, and enjoy a cup of tea and a sweet treat together. What to bring: • Journaling materials will be provided, but bring your favourite journal if you prefer. • Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can move easily in. • Mats and props will be provided. • Bring anything you need for your baby - feeding, cuddling, and comforting are all welcome. Any questions, please get in touch. Tiffy George • Yoga & Postnatal with Tiffy www.yogawithtiffy.com @yogawithtiffy 44 (0)7816 921139

Tebay services in Westmorland are amazing - I think this might possibly be the nicest service station in Britain. We drive to the Dumfries area every year with two young children. Our two are not great at long journeys so we prefer to split the journey with an overnight stop. We sometimes camp in the Lakes, sometimes we stay in a cheap hotel, or stay over night with friends. This year we are stopping off at Thomas Land (not my idea!). Good luck - Galloway is well worth the long drive. It's beautiful!

Last post on this was a few months ago. Does anyone know of any current offers for Legoland right now? Thanks

I am setting up a new local yoga class on Thursdays 7.30-9pm. The first class begins in two weeks time, Thursday 3rd February. Harris Girls Academy East Dulwich, Homestall Road, SE22 0NR ?12 drop in (first class half price). Pre pay six classes/?60 My name is Tiffy Treanor. I am a qualified Yoga Alliance teacher trained in Astanga, Iyengar and Birthlight pregnancy yoga and have been teaching in London for 12 years. About the class These classes will draw on techniques from Astanga yoga where breath and posture are combined to explore stability and ease in your postures while developing a calm inner focus. We will look at the structure of classical postures introducing modifications to support you in practising safely and at your own pace. At times we will work dynamically to build strength and we will balance this with more restorative ways of working so that we leave the class feeling both relaxed and energised. Anyone can practice yoga. Why not come and try it? Your first class is half price! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all M. 07816 921139 ? [email protected] ? www.yogawithtiffy.com
