Hi I came down with pelvic girdle pain 3 weeks before my due date. It was full on agony. I did 3 acupuncture sessions with Tracey Goulding (her practice is on Bawdale Rd) and 3 physio sessions with Emma at EH Physio on Lordship Lane. Both excellent. I went into the birth with no pelvic girdle pain. Good luck.

Hi My nanny has asked for assistance in having a CRB check completed. I know that the government agency recently changed to Disclosure & Barring Service but I am struggling to understand how to make the actual request to start the process. Anyone done this recently? Thanks
