Hi At The Rose we will be welcoming back Michael Arkk and his roots reggae band. The fun will start around 9pm till late. we always have free entry. The kitchen will not be open though. Our NYE party features Michael Arkk and his Roots Reggae band. Michael played us into the NY 2012/13 and will be doing the same this year. Hello Tinkerbell We offer the space out at The Rose to sell Christmas Trees. The team running the concession are Calum & Roland who are two super guys and also supply The Clockhouse. They have not had any other complaints and I am sure that they would not have any problem replacing your tree if you were not happy with it. The Rose Pub is proud to announce we are now serving food each and every day of the week from 5-10pm. We have a tasty range of tapas-style dishes including truffled risotto balls, devilled whitebait, mini Cumberland sausages, home made soup and much more! We are also now selling mulled wine, liqueur coffee's and luxury hot chocolates (with lots of whipped cream and marshmallows - yum!) to get in to the Xmas spirit. So if you fancy cozy-ing up on the sofa by the fire with a hot drink and some yummy food.. Come and pay us a visit!

Hello Everyone, How do rumours start??? -Firstly the reason for the one real beer for the last week is because it has been a very quiet period - I promise that the next couple of weeks leading back into the usual trade after the summer we will have 3 back on. -We currently are only offering Sunday Roast but we are also reopening our kitchen in September; 7 days a week. -Also we are about to launch our Christmas party packages. -Finally none of the "old school punters from The Rose got barred" they chose to leave off their own accord - we welcome the whole community. This is a long shot - but we have been trying a new concept the last couple of months - on the last sunday of every month we hold a monthly 'rumble through the jumble' at the Rose Pub, 108 Forest Hill Road, East Dulwich, SE22 0RS. Tables cost ?5.00 - and its free entry for customers! Selling from 11am to 3pm. The next one is scheduled for 31 March (yes, even though it is Easter Sunday - it will still go ahead) and then on Sunday 28 April. This will only be our 3rd month, so the idea and concept is new, but the tables are set up within the main pub, although we do have another bar area just off the garden.
