We're looking for someone to re-build our front garden area and fence area. It's a small area, the house is the same design as this one on Zoopla: http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/38162315?image=1 We'd like something simple and neat, and we need someone that can help develop our ideas. An added challenge is that the front door is quite a few steps up from the gate making it difficult to gain entrance with pram. We'd like to re-build it so the either the steps are wider or there is a ramp so it's easier with the pram. -- We have found someone -- We've just built two new loft rooms which both need painting (walls, ceilings and skirting boards). We need it done the week starting 3rd of October till the 10th. We are letting our property soon and are looking for a gas safe-registered engineer to do a inspection and give us a Gas Safety certificate.
