If you ever come across with a guy called Brian Lettuce (Piano Chap) as piano tuner, do not hire his service.This guy is a total shumbles. He came to repair our piano that had only one note out of tune. He fiddled with the piano for sometime, then he spoke most of the time about technicalities he charged us ?40.-- half the price when he realised he could not repair it. Then he left us with the whole piano completely out of tune, I think it was not honest, he should have told us at the very beginning that he could not do the job. Marcela (Dulwich)
