Hi all, I am due 10th Feb. Has anyone suggested a meeting time/date/place? Perhaps Peckham rye park cafe on Sunday afternoon, 6th Sept or Sat 12th Sept around 2pm? If it is nice we can meet on the grass outside the front of the cafe (bring picnic blankets) and if rainy we can have herbal tea indoors.

Any of you with 4 children? We're looking for a 7 seater car that can EASILY take 4 children, buggies, etc., with easy access getting the children in and out of car seats. Any thoughts or suggestions v welcome!

I second the explorers club if you don't want to stay on property. The two Vienna hotels also had nice rooms but the kids loved the explorers pool.

We had our bay done for a slightly lower cost (over ?3k but can't remember the exact price). sash bay windows are expensive as there are three separate windows. We used 1st scenic and highly recommend them. They were the only company who could offer the continuous (one piece horns on the dash). Four years on we still love our windows. Our local dry cleaner closed. The one on Lordship lane just put up their prices and another one on LL closed. Does anyone have s good dry cleaner they would recommend? I don't want to have to take clothes into the city.

We tried Kitchen 54 using Deliveroo for the first time and the food was delivered hot and right on schedule. Love being able to get hot chicken wings delivered to our door.

We had great service at Moxton's on New Years Eve. Went in looking for caviar. They only had the lumpfish kind left but kindly rang the Clapham store and offered to hold a sturgeon one for us. When asked about the quality and taste difference between lumpfish and sturgeon we were advised they were very similar and given a card about the product. We bought the lumpfish which tasted very good.

I would second Jellybeanz comments. We had Gary around to do some work. Agreed a price and then when the work was almost completed the price increased. This was a couple years ago but we had major electrical work done this year and were advised the work that was done by Gary needed to be corrected as it was not up to code. I have now learned all electric work should come with an electrical certificate. I didn't know this at the time but I would ask anyone doing electrical work for you if they can provide this for their work. If not, I would not use them.

Has anyone actually used Kevin from Y and J builders to complete their project? If so, would you be willing to show me your finished project? There are recommendations on EDF but when I contacted them by PM I got no response. I am tired of seeing recommendations from relatives or accounts set up by the tradesman themselves to post recommendations and want to validate the builder's quality before agreeing any work.

Thanks for all the recommendations! I like the look of the aspace one and it is great to hear it is sturdy. I would love cheap but anything that has any wobbling worries me as the boys are the rough and tumble type. Happy to spend the money as long as we can ensure quality. I want it to last a whole and dong care if it splits into two beds as we will be in bunks for at least a few years

I am looking for recommendations on bunk beds. Ideally want white // wooden with strong high rail for the top. Looking on the internet I can't tell the quality and the few shops I have been in have had poor quality ones. Any suggestions?
