Scala Personal Training at Everyone Active (was Fusion), East Dulwich.
LMK replied to Giulio Scala's topic in Reviews
If you're looking for a PT to work out with I can highly recommend Giulio. I started training with Giulio to get back into shape after my second child. I didn't feel very confident around a gym and had never really done weights before. I was so happy with the results I kept my sessions going for nearly 6 years! Giulio keeps the training focused so I feel like I get loads out of each session. He is realistic about what I can do in between sessions as a busy parent and devised a great short workout I can do on my own. He's super patient and a genuinely lovely person to workout with. -

We used Jess Davis at Laurus Law (based in Clerkenwell I think but everything was done online anyway). They were excellent. -
Hi - for any mums looking to fit in a bit of exercise, my friend's just started this new run in Dulwich Park. It's fun and free! Just turn up at the meet point. This Mum Runs is an organisation seeking to help mums carve out a bit of time just for themselves. The aim is to get outside, chat, find a bit of headspace, it is not about going fast. So if anyone fancies joining us at 8am on Sunday morning the meet point is the Old College Gate entrance to Dulwich park (by the barriers just beyond the car park entrance). See [www.facebook.com] for more info about This Mum Runs. We run for about 30mins.
