Many thanks to all who offered advice based on their experience. It would seem that the sales side of the business is dealt with well, while the lettings could do with more intense training. It has helped us to make up our minds, so here goes.....

I am thinking of using this agent to sell my property and would appreciate any feedback please.

I said that there was an argument about a car. My neighbour got caught up in it and that is what she was told. Her friend, who lives opposite the site saw the bodies. If I was wrong I apologise. Maybe we should ALL wait until we know what really happened.

I have a friend who is registered at DMC and has nothing good to say about them. I am registered at the Nunhead Surgery and have only good things to say about them. The GPs listen and take note. Even on busy days they never rush the appointment and the staff are always friendly. It isn't difficult to get an appointment with your choice of Doctor and in an emergency you can get seen the same day by one of the Doctors. The telephone appointments are excellent if you just need advice or are not sure whether you need a face-to-face appointment. Highly recommended.

I understand that some youths were arguing about a car and two were killed; I don't know whether by bullet or knife.
