Hello everyone I run Fuzzy & Friends Phonics - the alphabet class for pre-school children aged 3 and 4 years old. These fun-filled classes introduce children to the letters and sounds of the alphabet through stories, games and a dash of magic! THE NEW AUTUMN TERM 2015 IS ABOUT TO BEGIN! Free trials will take place over 2 weeks in September on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays at both 10am and 1.30pm. Hello Yes I do still have a few of spaces. Please send me a message with your child's name and age and I will add them to the list. After the first free trial week the 5 remaining classes will be ?30 if all paid for upfront (which is just ?6 a class) or ?7.50 each if you want to drop in. The class itself takes around 40 minutes with free play afterwards and colouring in sheets given out at the end. I hope this helps. Kind regards Tara

Hello everyone I run Fuzzy's Fun Phonics http://www.fuzzyandfriends.com and I am starting a limited run of 6 sessions at TRIO cafe on Bellenden Road: https://triobellendenroad.co.uk These sessions will take place at 9.45 each Wednesday morning throughout June and the beginning of July. The first session on the 3rd June will be free. There are limited spaces so if you are interested in attending please get in touch on 07903830384 or through [email protected] The sessions are aimed at pre-school children who are ready to learn the sounds and letters of the alphabet. The 6 weeks will cover 6 letters - the first ones recommended in stage one learning. Fuzzy's Fun Phonics classes are exciting with games, stories, puppets and a dash of magic! Learning has never been so much fun.

The second full week of term is upon us.... we are looking at the letter B (along with re-capping past letters) and we'll start using the letters to make simple words this week. The letter B is a really fun week - there will be model balloon birds for each child to take away and halloween themed paper bats as well. Plus we will be meeting a cheeky bird called Bertie who doesn't want to have his bath! There are still a few spaces in some of the classes so please get in touch if you'd like to try it out. Hi Everyone Fuzzy's Fun Phonics is new class designed to teach pre-school children from 2 1/2 - 4 years old their alphabet. Fuzzy is a cheeky excitable bird who is learning his letters. Every week he meets a new friend - one for each letter of the alphabet. This friend is accompanied by a rhythmic, rhyming story with lots of alliteration to reinforce the sound of the week. We also look at the shape of the letter, practice writing it using dots, and finding it within a multitude of different sensory mediums. Sessions are kept small, just 8 children in each class so everyone benefits from individual attention. Classes are held on Beckwith Road, SE24 at the following times: Tuesday: 10am Wednesday: 1.30pm Thursday 10am Thursday 1.30pm Friday 10am The first week of term is next week, so we will be focusing on the letter A. Fuzzy will meet an amazing alien whose spaceship crashes into an attic! The class sizes will be extremely small, with a maximum of only 8 children each session so everyone can relax and have fun in a calm setting. There will also be free tea, coffee and biscuits for the grown ups. Next week I have the last remaining spaces in the following time slots: Tuesday 7th October: 10am Wednesday 8th October: 1.30pm Thursday 9th October: 10am and 1.30pm Friday 10th October: 10am Fuzzy's Fun Phonics are aimed at children between 2 1/2 years old and 4 years. Hi I have had several enquiries from parents whose children aren't quite 3 years old yet, but who are ready to look at their letters. I am really happy for parents with children who are over 2 1/2 years old to also come along to the free trials and see what they think.
