I've always enjoyed the food and had good service there so am surprised...could also try Hoopers on the corner of Ivanhoe road as an alternative, great food and beer/wine and not expensive!

I would try Hoopers Bar on Ivanhoe Road, two plasma screens for all Setanta games, is family friendly and do great food and drink. Also you should be able to grab a seat!

Have sampled the food on offer, its really great and really good prices will be going back for sure! Definitely recommend a visit, the menu is pretty varied, organic steaks to veggie to great salads with all the produce locally sourced, there's something for everyone...oh and don't forget the cracking beer and wine selection....yum!
