  1. Hi I have a parcel at my house for Diego Malla Cabrera of Derwent Grove.. can you contact me to arrange collection please . I live on Barry Riad
  2. Some beautiful music lined up for this weekend.. I only hope I can hear it from my garden. Some of London?s finest new jazz playing.. lathe likes of Alfa Mist Wayne Snow etc..
  3. At a time when the shops in East Dulwich are obviously worried about our futures, implementing road closures and parking zones is not helpful. I understand the need to lessen car use and encourage people to walk/ cycle. But a lot of business does come from people driving for various reasons. I have a small vintage shop in Upland Road and when ever the road has been closed for various works etc there?s always a drop in footfall.
  4. I read on another post saying it was a stabbing ... creating a lot of worry for people around
  5. There sounded like more of us at my end last night, between Upland and Tyrell, an an ambulance drive past whilst we were clapping. I?m glad it?s also bringing a connection to people who are stuck inside Heather
  6. Last night quite a number of us on Barry Road came outside to clap on our front steps at 8pm. Let?s see if we can spread this and hopefully they?ll hear us at Kings
  7. Quiet a few of us Barry Roaders clapped this evening at 8 for the NHS. Let?s spread the word and get this all over East Dulwich so they can hear us at Kings and The Tessa Jowell clinic
  8. Quiet a few of us Barry Roaders clapped this evening at 8 for the NHS. Let?s spread the word and get this all over East Dulwich so they can hear us at Kings
  9. Not strictly East Dulwich but Taco Queen are doing takeaways and deliveries
  10. Here At Chichirara Vintage shop I?m aiming to stay open for as long as allowed. I?m in the shop posting lovely clothes for sale on my Instagram site @chichirara_vintageshop and posting things my Etsy Shop ChichiraraVintage And even if the mail and I can do local deliveries on foot. It?s my 25 th year of trading here and I really want to keep being part of all the brilliant independent traders in East Dulwich that make it such a special place. And in an attempt to help St Christopher?s Hospice I just donated two huge bags of winter stock to the charity shop as I heard that donations were down, love and take care Heather x
  11. I?d just like to say how sad I am to see the Blue Mountain Cafe latterly the RockSteady Rum Loungs has closed its doors. When Mel first opened on NCR after a small stint at the top of Rye Lane, it was the only cafe to go to. A wonderful place of joy and love. Of chat and baby chinos for our children. The decor was brilliant Mel always welcoming. He was at the vanguard of making East Dulwich the place it is today. What with the loss of Brickhouse, it?s a very sad thing for our neighbourhood
  12. Meanwhile the footfall to the shops in Upland Road has been much less than normal. Not surprising as the Road looks closed and derelict. Maybe some council Christmas lights could help!
