Please help, I'm looking for a for a good painter/decorator to sort out my window frames. Last year I contacted Chris E Smith (07951251295) as he had done quite a lot of work in the area and seemed like a nice chap. Anyway he only did a third of the work and has been delaying coming back for over 9 months! I seriously would not recommend him - it's been so frustrating - I don't have much time to follow up and chase with two small kids and working full time, his communication has been so poor. I just want to get the job done now! Please please please let me know if you have some good local recommendations. Many thanks.
