Hi, I actually do pregnancy massage from the side- simply because that's how I was trained. My tutor told us the holes could be uncomfortable as with bumps, one size doesn't fit all! I'm sure I can help with puffiness- any massage stimulates the blooh flow and the lymph system which helPs reduce any swelling. Johanssons In Camberwell is a lovely dell that has recently opened i'n the evening. The menu is small, but AMAZING! A Swedish heme, with a Sweden chef and very friendly waitresses. There Is a lovely atmOsphere once you get through the empty entrance way. Honestly, one of the best meals I've had in London! Amy

I use gentle techniques to relax the body followed by more vigourous massage to get rid of any knots in the shoulders and neck, which can often cause headaches. Hi, I am a qualified pregnancy masseuse and will happily help out if I can. I perform a fairly light massage- though I can go deeper if required and it is hugely beneficial for stress relief, relaxation and also pain relief during pregnancy. It can balance the fluids in the body and help to rid it of toxins as well as aid the balance of the energy in the body and relax the baby.
