Hi neighbours! Has anyone had renovations done on a terraced Victorian house and would highly recommend their builder please? Any with experience of side extensions, heightening ceilings or loft conversions would be great. Any names of local great architects for this sort of work would also be appreciated. Hi there I'm looking to move a chest of drawers from my flat about 5 mins (drive) away from ED station to Penge (about 20 minutes away). It should be quite a quick job as I've moved the drawers myself already so should just be the frame itself (which from memory is about 1 metre 20 or 30 both ways). I've asked for a couple of quotes but they seem expensive for such a short ride. Moving it tomorrow evening would be ideal. Is there anyone out there who would do it for ?15? Please PM me if so. Hi there Thinking about getting my fireplace replaced but need a fireplace fitter who will be able to give me advice on what I will need to source, measurements etc to fit the requirements of the chimney I have (for example, what size inner hearth), as well as install the fireplace itself at a reasonable price! Hi guys Wondering if you might be able to help me out... Looking to buy a Howdens kitchen but need to find a trade fitter with an account. Any recommendations for good value but high quality kitchen fitters in the area please(ideally one who doesn't change too much on top of the trade price for units!)? Also, my kitchen is quite small so I need to make best use of the space, so if anyone knows of any trade fitter who offers ideas on layouts as well (or any space planners who may be able to take a quick look at a design), please let me know!
