Hi fellow forum-ers, I am in need of getting out of a (mutually) toxic relationship with my husband, but cannot afford to buy or rent anything half decent in the area. I would like for the children not having to change schools and friendship group, their training club etc to maintain some level of stability through the storm. I am looking for a house share with someone in the same position as me who is willing to share rent/bills/chores and... life! Or, maybe, a not so young person who needs help with cleaning, washing, shopping and cooking and has a couple of bedrooms to spare and can do with some extra cash. My children are 17, 14 and 10 well behaved and used to be respectful around people's houses (we're seasoned home exchangers). The eldest is in a fishing school (don't ask) outside London and only comes home for the weekend. The other 2 are into sports, so often training or in competitions during the week/weekend. If you are interested or know someone who is, please DM me. I know it's a long shot, but I hope somewhere out there someone is able to help us. Also, if you're being through this and can offer advice, that is also welcomed. In case you're wondering, my husband is disabled and won't leave the house (and it seems unfair that we ask him to).

Can we please think about where we park the lime bikes? They are meant to go on the road, so why they get parked on pavements? Can we please think of prams, wheelchairs and small kids on bike that use pavements too?

Hi, I run a small café in the Dulwich area and I am looking for a young person at their first experience (16+) with a genuine interest in cooking/hospitality. The café only runs Sundays 9am to 1pm, although there might be other events happening on Saturdays if you're interested. Please DM if you're interested with your phone number and a good time for a chat.

Hi, Does anyone know of any groups doing basketball for 8 year old? My son was signed up at Dulwich college leisure centre, but they have pushed the start time to 715 and I think it's too late for him (us), so looking for an alternative

We are a small group of gleaners.. Wait a second - you don't know what a gleaner is? That's alright. Gleaners were those who would go in a field to pick up all the leftover crops that weren't harvested because not fit for commercial use. We wish to set up a urban group to harvest or glean urban gardens, trees, allotments. So if you have an excess of produce and you'd like to share it but don't have the time, we can do it for you. We will then donate the gleaned produce to fairshare/foodbank/foodcycle. Please get in touch if you have too many apples on your garden tree or more pumpkins in your allotment than you will be able to use. We'll come and pick them for you!

Can anyone suggest a good GP practice?
valeenitt replied to Nushi's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
306 has very few doctors, Dr Chawdhery and her nephew. I find them both incompetent and very superficial. GPs at the gardens are more skilled - but, as you can expect, the surgery has a very small catchment area. -

OLIO is a free app which connects neighbours with each other and local shops so that surplus food can be shared - either for sale, or for free - not thrown away. If you love food, hate waste, smile at a bargain or want to connect with your community then please join OLIO. You'll find most of the items listed are based in North London - which is quite annoying. It is down to us to make it grow.

Yes, he has and we are very thankful. There will be an investigation and we are trying to find out - without resorting to the press - if someone is or has been in the same position. Any help will be appreciated
