Hi all I am looking for yoga classes for runners in the area. I run 3/4 times a week and looking for classes designed for runners around flexibility/mobility. Does anyone offer such classes? Thank you

Hi all, I too found James on this thread. I highly recommended him. He responded quickly and did an excellent job installing what I thought was a complicated light fitting. We will be using him again.

Hi all Adam did a wonderful job digging the holes and helping to plant 4 trees in our backgarden. Very quick response, friendly and hard working. I would strongly recommend him and use him again.

To encourage my son he can go and see dinosaurs afterwards. You can do it in 30 minutes from West Dulwich station. A

I would recommend Clive too. He completed a simple job if you know what you are doing and have the tools - installing a sink. I would use him again.
