Anyone looking for authentic boxing PT and or classes Simone is the one to train with. I have been training with her for over a month now doing both Personal Training and her Sunday Women's class. I would like to say that training in all women's space is amazing. I used to train at a regular boxing gym and the atmosphere is completely different to say the least. Simone treats everyone individually, giving everyone opportunity to work at their own speed but also pushing you to do better for yourself but she also knows how to get the group together to support one another making it more of community. When I first contacted Simone she was so lovely and encouraging. So welcoming by insisting that I do her Sunday class which was only a couple hours after we spoke. She greeted me at the door and made me feel safe right away. I am quite shy. AND her prices are affordable! She offers Personal Training for two or three which makes the price cheaper and accessible. Her classes are also very accessible! I am so blessed to have found her at a very crucial time in my life. I highly recommend her!!!!!!

Hey ya everyone! Wanted to give you heads up on the great Simone! First time working with Simone! Firstly speaking to her she was already so welcoming and was even better when I showed up in class today! I have trained with other boxing trainers but never really felt quite safe until today! I really felt safe with her and the women in class! I love boxing and working out with women is beyond amazing! Safe and no macho bullshit! Gotta love it!! Simone is supportive, attentive to your movements whether it is punching or working with the focus pads. Accommodates if you have injuries giving you other exercised to do. I shall be back for sure!! I really needed to get back into it! AND THE BEST??? IT IS REAL BOXING!!! None of this boxercise stuff!!! I highly recommend Simone's class!!

Anyone living near Plumstead? Wondering if anyone with a car may be able to help me move on Sunday. I realize it is Easter Sunday... I would offer to pay for gas. I am moving from one end of Plumstead to the other side, a 15 minute drive maximum. I do not have a lot of things, books, clothes, bed linen, some film etc, food. Please let me know Thank you so much
