Hi, we're thinking of buying a property on St Aidan's Road and the garden backs onto Marcus Garvey Mews. Not mad keen on someone being able to easily and quite privately hop over fence at end of the garden and straight into it. So I just wanted to know if anyone living that side of St Aidan's has experienced problems with this because of such easy access? Thanks a lot

Hi, We're considering buying a house on crystal palace road-in between pellatt and silvester roads. The garden backs onto the side of a royal mail sorting office, which fronts onto pellatt road. Does anyone living at the CPR end of pellatt or silvester rds or on that bit of CPR have noise issues with inevitable early starts etc from the sorting office/van traffic? Any help really appreciated. Thanks a lot
