Hi, I know what your daughter is going through, l have lived with eczema all my life. The winter months are the worst for me. The one thing that did help alot was keeping a food diary, l found out in the end it was food combinations that made my eczema worse (tuna, oranges and eggs eaten within a couple of hours of each other). The starch in potato is also bad for me (only to touch). It is trial and error, not changing too many things at once. What works for one person may not work for another.
