btw if you wirte in a way scuh as tihs, most poeple can sitll undrestand it

  2. A private venture would be a great idea (I actually ran a night shuttle bus service at university which paid my way though). To work in London however, the use of the bus lanes would be essential, else there would be little benefit in the service.

A black cab share scheme would be the best bet for now.

  3. Count me in.

Personally, I think Peckham Rye has the better opportunities to make ??? though. Especially in terms of a passive buy/hold over the next 2-3 years.

For LL, the big opportunity is an Italian restaurant. Personally, I'd be up for buying out one of the less profitable restaurants and making the conversion. If anyone is interested in partnering up on something like this, please let me know.

  4. So, the pubs & bars all kick out at around 1am. Where does one go to enjoy a good 'ol boogie and some ten-to-two tottie action!?

Current favourite - Plan B in Brixton. Oh yeah... Tanq 10 tonic for me please governor!

It's a shame Liquorish doesn't have a later licence (perhaps I'm out of date), as that place has real potential.

    Advice please...

  5. LOVE:

    - The (French?) blonde waitress at Tandoori Nights (and the food is great to boot).

    - The Bishop's Sunday Roast (see below). The while chicken chilli thing is great too when it's on the menu.

    - Hednizm. Good hair cut for reasonable prices (3x cheaper than the city)

    - The scrambled egg / egg Benedict on Sunday mornings at Black Cherry. This HAS to be experienced.

    HATES:

    - The service at Bishop, especially on a Sunday! The food is great, but waiting up to 1 hour for it is driving me actually cook for myself!

    - Halifax Estate Agents. They allegedly (according to the vendor) made up fictitious bidders when buying my flat 3 years ago.

    - The Amusements. Only thing amusing about that place is the lack of people in there. I've never seen more than one person inside, although I have my suspicions about that place, which fits in the same category as the hi-fi shop.

    - The SUV-style pushcairs. Are those big wheels really necessary!? Thumbs up to the parents that use the rucksack style things. Keep fit AND keep out of the way of people at the same time :)
