  2. At the beginning of this year, I was introduced to Darren and have been working with him once a week since. I am currently in the best shape of my life and have a completely different approach to exercise. I enjoy it training and always look forward to the next session. My workouts vary each week so I don?t experience that repetitive feeling when attending the same class each week which prevents boredom. Darren is gifted with a special talent that seems to set you in the ?correct mind set? to achieve your best regardless of what ever sort of day you may have had or be having. His upmost professional attitude is second to none and although I have yet to mention at our next training session, that I have recently learnt through a neighbour he spent 4 years in secondary school Science teaching before making a return back to his first passion Health and Fitness (imagine this my trainer is a Teacher of Sciences). This however came as no surprise ? he has it a vast knowledge about all aspects of nutrition and exercise sciences. I truly believe that as a result of this I?m fitter and stronger than ever before; more insightful about eating right ways; and more importantly, I now carry a positive attitude about how I look and feel. I recommend Darren and his fantastic work to you all.

Darren is both innovative and resourceful in the way he conducts our sessions be it at his studio or in the park. Dear I say it but exercise has taken on a new meaning.

He is very professional and has a vast knowledge about all aspects of health and fitness. My family and friends have noticed a real change in me as I seem to have a renewed enthusiasm for life from exercising. I have increased levels of energy and certainly noticed the benefits of personal training.
