Hello!
I have just been let down by a guy who had promised to start work on my garden wall today. I have ordered railings and a gate, and he was going to render the front wall and add upright brickwork as in the attached picture. Please please contact me if you can help! I would like someone to do this asap.
Many thanks!!
My number is 07715 460482 if you can help.

Our neighbours are interested in buying a strip at the back of our garden in SE22.
The total size of the garden is 15.5 feet wide and 55.3 feet deep.
The area they'd like to buy is about 15.5 feet wide and about 4 feet deep.
Does anyone have any idea at all of a ballpark figure that might be about right for this? Has anyone done anything similar?
Thanks so much for any help at all on this! :)

Hey! Very exciting about the new restaurant! I'm a local designer and I'd love to help out with any branding/design requirements (free of charge, for my portfolio). I've sent you a private message with my contact details. Cheers!

Hello!
We'd love to do some work on our kitchen and wondered if anyone could recommend an affordable/competitive local builder who could pop round and have a look/give us a quote?
I also wondered if anyone had done something similar to what we'd like to do and has any idea of price we would be looking at? We can't afford to do a side return extension but basically we'd like to do the following:
Remove old kitchen range chimney breast taking up space in kitchen.
Remove old outside toilet and make that part of the kitchen.
Build up by about the level of 5 bricks on the back of the kitchen where the roof slopes and remove a very low big RSJ.
Add a bifolding door onto the garden.
Move around current kitchen units so there's room for our dining table next to the bifolding windows.
Maybe put in 3 small double glazed windows and remove bay window but not sure on this.
Thanks so much for this, any help or suggestions much appreciated!!!!

Hello!
I'm a graphic designer, and new to the area, I have been doing a bit of freelance print work recently and wondered if anyone could recommend a good local printer? In Dulwich would be amazing, but if not then somewhere nearby?
Thanks so much!!

Hello! I recently moved to the area and was hoping to join a book club to meet some local women my age (31) hopefully :) I was hoping for one that's starts around 7ish on a weeknight and was a bit confused by all the different threads on here so wondered if anyone could recommend one that's still going and might work for me?
Thanks so much! :)

Just wanted to say that I have also used Gary for three jobs now, putting up a chandelier, another huge ceiling light, and a couple of wall lights in my bedroom. He is really lovely and does a great job. His mobile number is in the first post, don't use anyone else, Gary is brilliant!!!

Less funeral parlours and indian restaurants!
A Franco Manca, Byron, noodle place, waitrose, and a Zara or some sort of clothes shops would be amazing!!!
Tapas place, more cool independent cafes like Lucas.
A Toni and Guy!

I can confirm the ghost busting car is now on playfield crescent.

Hello,
I was wondering if I could come along to book club too? What time do we need to be there in the Drafthouse? I will try to read as much as I can of the book before then!! :)

Hello :)
I just moved to East Dulwich and am looking for sme fun local dance classes that I could do in the evenings. I have never done any dance before so would be looking for a beginners class, and would love something fun where you could learn routines to pop music in a relaxed environment. Basically I find the gym a bit dull and am looking for something I'd enjoy doing! I'd also be interested in pole fit if anywhere does that as it sounds fun.
Thanks so much, any suggestions greatly appreciated!!
