Same issues. He doesn't communicate and has rearranged appointments on the day meaning that we've had to change work/home commitments.

I've used Niko a couple of times and found him recommended on the EDF last year. All I can say is he's fixed the problems quickly, was very affable and very reasonable. He also works after hours. Nice, hardworking chap. Couldn't ask for much else! Recommend!

We have just had three UPVC windows fitted by SDG Windows on Kirkdale (http://www.sdglazing.co.uk), who are FENSA registered. They fitted everything within the day, were quiet and courteous, took the old windows away and left the place clean and tidy. The manager came to inspect the work at the end of the day to make sure we were happy with everything. The windows seem to be great quality and they were very, very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I would also endorse John Powers. We had a broken boiler before Christmas and called several people. I then called John who gave a reasonable quote and said he could take a look that evening which he did. He was professional, reliable and skilled. I would highly recommend using John.
