Here Instead

From my experience it's only a few members of staff that let the entire team down. Sorry guys, but you need to have a culling and it's obvious which members should not be interacting with customers. The fittings have always gone well, although the sub-contractors are a law unto themselves turning up late and showing no degree of courtesy or apology. Communication is extremely poor and fitting schedules slip making it virtually impossible to orchestrate any other work around the fitting. We've used them twice and we've aired our opinions which weren't very well received which reflects the level of customer service. We don't feel that we'd be welcome back, even if we decided to give them another go. A word to all on this Thread though would be to "complain to them, not to each other". Perhaps once they begin to hear the same complaints it will hit home and they'll address these internal problems.

Hello, I'm been running a small graphic design studio from the comfort of my dining room table for the past 5 years and I'm now looking at taking on some studio space in West Dulwich. The space is great however the rent is more than I can comfortably handle each month. I have this vision of sharing the space with other creatives that may compliment my business (i.e. writers, programmers, designers). I'm looking possibly only for one other person although there's potentially room for 2 more people. I intend to fully furnish the place, setup wireless internet etc. The building itself is clean, secure with a shower, parking and access to a meeting room. If you're in a similar situation and you'd like to collaborate then I'd love to hear from you. It's important we all gel in terms of work ethics and personalities. I'm 40 year old guy and have 2 kids that go to a local East Dulwich School. I'd ideally want to share the space with someone who has a mature attitude and a good work ethic.
