Hi We?re moving out of our 3 bed 2 bathroom terrace house and looking for either one or two cleaners to come in and do a final one-off clean before we hand over the keys. The house is generally clean (we have had a weekly cleaner throughout our time here) but I suspect that once everything is packed and the boxes removed, it will need a good dust / hoover etc. If this is something you do, please get in touch with a price estimate. I?m envisaging it taking around 3 hours. Many thanks

Hi Im looking for someone to remove and dispose of a garden shed for us as soon as possible (and preferably before the weekend). Its a fairly standard sized shed but appears to sit on some concrete (photos attached). Not too bothered about moving the concrete as we're just removing the shed to open the garden up as in the process of trying to sell the house. If anyone is available asap / can recommend someone that would be great. Many thanks

Hi We are looking for a new cleaner to come 3 or 4 hours each week, preferably on a Friday. Ideally we would want someone who is happy to do some ironing every other week and happy to change bedsheets etc. We live near to ED station and have two cats (in case anyone has allergies). Please send a private message if you're interested with details of your hourly rate and potential start date. Many thanks.

Hi, I was just wondering whether you managed to find somewhere by any chance? If so, would you recommend them? I'm also looking to get a rocking chair cushion recovered. Many thanks -

Hi All Our cat "Jeff" has gone missing. He's a big black and white cat. Usually very nervous around people but extremely affectionate and friendly too. Someone has already kindly got in touch as they have found his collar on Oglander Road (near where the road intersects with Everthorpe Road) so he will be missing his collar. If anyone has seen him please do get in touch. Thanks in advance! Pic attached.

Hi. We also got in touch with Dave as we had a problem with our boiler. He sent one of his colleagues, Umbar Mahmood, around. Umbar was absolutely brilliant and sorted out the issue at short notice and efficiently. Umbar has been around again since to sort out a leak we have had with our shower - a leak that another plumber has tried to fix on 3 previous occasions but never managed to. Umbar sorted out on the first visit and in about 15 minutes. Will definitely be using Dave and Umbar again in the future and would highly recommend.

Hi, Shaun today did some electrical work for us (fitting an exterior light and installing a new plus socket)and we were really impressed. Very nice guy, thorough and helpful and put us in touch with various other local tradesmen. We'll definitely be using him again in the future.
